Last week the World Health Organisation and partners released the INSPIRE handbook: action for implementing the seven strategies for ending violence against children, a guide to putting in place a group of measures to prevent violence against children. Delphine Peace (International Centre) reflects on key messages from the handbook from a Contextual Safeguarding perspective.
